The name 92c Partners is rooted in our strong shared value of client service and experience.  It’s more than just a name, it embodies our commitment to our clients.  The idea for “92c” comes from our travels throughout the 92 counties in Indiana, servicing the State as a client over the past 14 years.   Whether for 1,000 SF or 40,000 SF, we go to each location.  We remain involved from start to finish, on all deals big and small.

With over 21 years of experience and as a designated member of SIOR, Kara has served as lead on a team that has represented the State of Indiana and its agencies in over 700 transactions for the past decade. Her creative solutions help her clients achieve their operational objectives, while maintaining aggressive economic terms.
