The name 92c Partners is rooted in our strong shared value of client service and experience.  It’s more than just a name, it embodies our commitment to our clients.  The idea for “92c” comes from our travels throughout the 92 counties in Indiana, servicing the State as a client over the past 14 years.   Whether for 1,000 SF or 40,000 SF, we go to each location.  We remain involved from start to finish, on all deals big and small.

We pride ourselves in standing out and being more than a traditional broker.  Our mission is simple, provide clients with an exceptional level of service as if they were our only client.

    Kara is a co-founder and President of 92c Partners, specializing in tenant representation with a focus on serving corporate and government clients. With over 21 years of experience and as a designated member of SIOR, Kara has served as lead on a team that has represented the State of Indiana and its agencies in over 700 transactions for the past decade. Her creative solutions help her clients achieve their operational objectives, while maintaining aggressive economic terms.

    Yumi is a co-founder and Managing Director of 92c, specializing in representing corporate and government clients with their space needs.  With over 20 years of experience, Yumi is a problem solver passionate about understanding how clients utilize their space and seeks to align their real estate with their business objectives.  Through her attention to details and comprehensive knowledge of leases, Yumi aims to provide clients with greater service and results.
