With over 18 years of experience and as a designated member of SIOR, Kara has served as lead on a team that has represented the State of Indiana and its agencies in over 700 transactions for the past decade. Her creative solutions help her clients achieve their operational objectives, while maintaining aggressive economic terms.

With over 17 years of experience, Yumi is a problem solver passionate about understanding how clients utilize their space and seeks to align their real estate with their business objectives.
