Meet Our Owner
Born and raised in Indianapolis and an Indiana University alumna, sole owner Kara Riggle built her 21-year commercial real estate career from the ground up. Starting as an administrative professional before becoming a broker at a major firm, she ultimately established 92c Partners, now the largest certified women-owned commercial real estate brokerage in Indiana.
Kara created 92c Partners to deliver customized, client-centered solutions rather than transactional relationships. Backed by extensive experience representing both corporate and government clients, she uses thorough analysis and creative workspace planning to secure favorable real estate outcomes that truly address her clients’ operational goals.
